Wednesday JM 30 Day Shred Level 2 + Extras (35 minutes)

JM with the 10 lb weight and extras with the 20 lb weight. I finally remembered to include some chest presses. It was harder today! I think it's because I just did it on MOnday. Whipping myself back in shape for the strength workouts I guess. Also- teaching myself how to quilt on a machine.
