Monday Trail Running 1 hour + Strength Workout (25 minutes)

According to the trail map, I ran 5.2 miles in an hour! Also- did 10 sets of 5 inverted rows (australian pull ups) and 10 sets of 10 push ups. I also did 3 sets of 5 chair dips and 3 sets of 20 calf raises.
