Monday Strength Workout (1 hour)

Tried it barefoot and slower to see if that helps my right ankle issues. Two kinds of pull ups, two kinds of push ups, deadlifts and sumo dead lifts with the 140lb bar. Squats, shoulder presses, hip thrusts, and hack squats with the 60 lb bar. Skipped abs. 

Also- grappled for 30 minutes last night. 

Plus, an hour of weeding.
