Wednesday Strength Workout (45 minutes)

Added hip thrusts and over head shoulder presses (not sure that's the right name?) Just alternated between squats and overhead lifts with the 60 lb bar (not putting the bar down between lifts). Also, did hip thrusts with the 60lb bar across my hips. Remembered abs. Need to find another lift to alternate with hack squats, as I forgot hack squats again.

Also- shopping for an hour.
