Saturday Running Hills/HIIT Workout (40 minutes)

Warmed up with 5 minutes of walking and 10 minutes of trail running (#2 trail). Ran 6 hills on the cross country trail (last two pretty slow though). Used knee braces, purple foot/ankle braces, and barefoot running shoes (altra eves). We'll see how my feet and ankles feel tomorrow.
