Monday GI BJJ Class (2 hours)

Worked from closed guard. Sleeve grab/grip break to over head pull to over hook to inside collar grip -1st part.

2nd part- grab second grip on collar to get them to defend, then tuck one arm to triangle. Remember to shift hips to 90 degree angle- keep hips on floor- throw right leg over on to back of neck - keep hips flat, then throw last leg over.
