Thursday MA Classes (2 hours)

Drilled hip throws from head and arm and underhook. Practiced wrestling. Drilled from referee position to breaking down. Knee bump and arm grab to belly down. SPIRAL RIDE -- grabbed near side arm and far side thigh and spun around on your toes twisting into a back take basically. Worked on khabib choke from seat belt and back take. Worked on RNC from back take.
