Tuesday HIIT/Swim Worrkout (25 minutes)

 Plus about an hour more working with kids in the lap lanes and playing with the kids in the pool

Also- did chest presses with a safety machine  to see if I could and did 3 sets of 3 at 100 lbs. Worked with an 8 lb ball and the ropes whipping exercise too

Also went hiking with ADG for 30 minutes
