Friday Lifting/Bodyweight Training (2+ hours)

 A little over 2 hours. Back up to 170 lbs for back squats and added back in bicep curls with the 70lb curling bar to alternate with the back squats. I kept single leg romanian dead lifts as I am seeing results very quickly with those. Keeping hack squats out permanently though. Still have not added back in regular dead lifts or chest presses, but will soon.
