Wednesday Lifting/Bodyweight Training (2 hours)

 skipped hip thrusts due to stomach pain/soreness 

Pulled up the upstairs toilet to fix a clog and install a new extended flange to help gap the area between the toilet flange and the drain pipe in the floor/ceiling. The whole thing took 3 hours with lots of heavy lifting mixed with arm work. Was too sore to workout Monday night and Tuesday after all that.
