Wednesday Exercise Bike 35 minutes (with swatting flies exercise)

2 two minute sessions of "swatting flies" chest exercise.

I'm working my way up to 45 minutes in 5 minute increments.

Also- big shovel yard work for 1 hour.

I'm trying to work my way up to my 2-3 hour yard work marathons ;)
