Monday Women's Warrior Workout DVD (30 minutes)

Women's Warrior Workout Review- Yeah, she claims this is a 40 minute workout, but the 5 minutes of yapping (which I fast forwarded through) at the beginning and 5 minutes of stretching at the end does not really count. It's a basic strength workout that is supposed to make you strong enough to defend yourself, using your body weight only, no weights. So, for a great strength workout that you don't need any fancy equipment for, this one is great. I especially like the arm workout which was 4 different push up forms, repeated twice. I'm going to be feeling that tomorrow! I'm thinking I will mix this in with JM workouts for my strength workouts from now on.
