Saturday Biking/Trail Running (50 minutes)
40 minutes biking, 5-10 minutes trail running (#5 trail). The left knee and right ankle seemed fine. The knee hurt just a twinge. Going to try to add 5-10 minutes of trail running to the end of my bike rides for a few weeks. Hopefully, back to trail running 3X a week in October.
