Monday Lifting/Bodyweight Training (30 minutes)

My right shoulder/neck was really hurting, so cut it short. 3 sets of 10 pull ups, 3 sets of 10 push ups. Dead lifts/sumo dead lifts with 180lbs. Bicep curls at the end with 20 lb weight. 

Also- 2 hours shopping. 1 hour grocery shopping and 1 hour christmas shopping for kids.
