Monday Gi Class (2 hours)

All drilling. Started drilling 5 for 5. Takedowns, guard breaks, back escapes, mount escapes, and sweeps. Drilled the spider guard sweep I learned at the women's BJJ camp. Then worked a basic mount escape with same side leg trapped, then trap same side arm, then roll over. Then we worked on spider guard. Most imprortant- get to "knee spider guard" then work from there.
