Thursday Lifting/Bodyweight Training (90 minutes)

Added 3 sets of 10 with 50 lbs- bench press Also 3 sets of 6 - bicep curls with the same 50 lb bar. Also added chest fly X 3/10 and tricep curls (both with 7 1/2 lb weights in each hand). Skipped second set of bodyweight training, abs, and yoga. 

Followed by one hour of deep cleaning
