10 minutes breaststroke
10 minutes freestyle
10 minutes backstroke
5 minutes freestyle
10 minutes backstroke
5 minutes freestyle
10 minutes kick board

Yep, I worked out twice in one day BECAUSE I RULE BABY!!!
