Monday Swimming 50 minutes

I'm guessing the 2 1/2 hours of yard work I did today was a little too much, because I was not able to get my whole hour of swimming done.

In other better news, I finally lost that last TWO POUNDS last week I have been trying to get off for 4-5 months! WOOT! I hope to lose more this week. I think all of the yard work I did last week, and hope to do this week, will give me that extra "push" I need to lose more of this stubborn weight ;)
