Exercise Bike+ Abs 50 minutes

Exercise Bike- 40 minutes
Abs- 10 minutes (standing abs, with 100 crunches mixed in)

ETA- almost 2 hours of yard work too ;)

My abs totally need to be built up again! My back is killing me from all the yard work and I know it would get better if I could focus on my ab strength more ;)
