I biked 28.5 miles with a lot of hills today, then ran most of a mile.  Oh, I forgot to mention that yesterday's push-ups I did the real way- no girly style.  That's a first for me!  Maybe I am getting somewhere with that.  The form was not great though.

Ugh, I never really feel like my form is perfect on regular push ups. Good job!
