Wednesday Trail Running 55 minutes + Strength 20 minutes (arms and abs)

I did the strength workout earlier in the day with 10 lb free weights and 50 push ups mixed in (in 10 push up sets). Mostly standing abs.

It was 97 degrees when I started running tonight!  I think it was slightly cooler in the woods though. I can't remember when I've been that hot and thirsty. I was armed with a shoulder pack of cold drinks too, but it was like an unquenchable thirst :P

Also- a small amount of laundry and nothing else. I think yesterday was my productive day for the week ;)
