Saturday Running 30 minutes (paved trail)

Plus, 5 minutes walking to warm up and 10 minutes walking to cool down. 

Also- getting stuff ready for the baby all day!

and i am still just as amazed that you can do all of these workouts, which would be hard for ANYONE, when you are, what? eight months pregnant, or close? geesh woman! you are a superstar! :D
