Monday JM 30 Day Shred Workout 3 (25 minutes)

1/2 with 10 lb free weights and 1/2 with 5 lb free weights. I was trying not to jack up my shoulder this time like I did last time I did workout 3. 

Also- 1/2 hour housework and 1/2 hour yard work. Plus- 90 more minutes of weeding (2 hours total). I'm pretty tired now ;)
