Tuesday Running 3 miles (35 minutes)

Plus, chasing a three year old around the library for 90 minutes while carrying the baby in a sling during the library reading program show. S would not sit still! 

Also- 20 minutes of yoga for runners. I did something to my neck and I was trying to stretch it out. I'm taking the week off strength workouts though, I think.
