Wednesday Swimming 30 minutes

5 minutes breast
10 minutes freestyle
10 minutes back stroke
5 minutes freestyle/kick board 

Also- carrying a baby around in a sling while chasing my three year old around the library again. Today was the craft day part of the reading program. My neck is still bugging me, so more yoga tomorrow after my run and that's it for my strength workouts this week.
