Friday JM 30 Day Shred Level 2 (25 minutes)

With 10 lb free weights. Plus 5 more minutes with a 20 lb bar bell weight. I did 3 reps of 5 with the higher weight- biceps, triceps, shoulders, and whatever that muscle behind the upper arm is called ;)
