Monday JM 30 day shred Level 2 + 10 minutes extras (35 minutes)

Level 2 with 10 lb free weights. Plus, 7 more minutes of burnout weight training with a 20 lb weight (biceps, triceps, top of the the shoulder, back of the shoulder, and back of the upper arm). I'm hoping to add in some chest exercises next time get it up to 10 minutes of extras. The other 3 minutes was yoga stretches because my lower back was crying uncle ;)
