Tuesday Running (30 minutes)

I did 3 miles in 30 minutes!!! I had no idea I had gotten so fast (for me) since I've been running dirt trails for so long. I also walked 3 minutes to warm up and 5 minutes to cool down. One big hill, but mostly small rolling hills.  

Also- walking for 45 minutes and playing with the kids at the park. 

Plus - 2 hours shopping
