Monday MA Training (2 hours)

Worked on sweeps from side mount. Trap the arm, bridge the hips, wait for them to push into you, then throw them over. Also, get your hooks in like butterfly, but pull their arm across, grab the belt, then sweep them over. Also worked on the sweep where you get someone in beef wellington from the bottom position, then push their head away far enough while bridging the hips that they sort of roll forward while you still trap the arm.
