Thursday MA Classes (2 /12 hours)

Women's class- hand grab- grab fingers and grab up from underneath (two hands). Also, from headlock- lift up, straighten spine, dig your hips under and control their body (or throw their body).

wrestling class- hi-c to single leg, to tree top, running the pipe, to double leg.

nogi class- achilles locks and achilles lock (cross leg) to lancashire lock.
