Friday Swimming 30 minutes

5 minutes breast stroke
5 minutes freestyle
5 minutes back stroke
10 minutes freestyle sprint half laps/ back stroke return half lap
5 minutes breast stroke

Plus, running errands with 4 kids and baking for an hour. My back waited until later in the day to start hurting. I'm not sure if that's a good sign or not.

Tuesday, AKA, FIVE DAYS

We went to Six Flags with the Cranks today, but with the Tri in FIVE DAYS, I couldn't NOT work out today.  So I made it a short run.  1.5 miles, 20ish minutes.  I did pretty good, not like the last couple of times.  Now, if I can just get it all pulled together by Saturday....*insert deer in headlights look here*....

Monday JM 30 Day WK 1 (25 mintues) + Swimming (30 minutes)

I decided my back is not getting any better until my arms and abs get stronger again. My back hurts after two workouts, but no worse than before. I hope this works because I am sick of this pain! Also- 30 minutes of weeding in my out of control cantaloupe patch.

More Setbacks

So, not only has this been a stupid week, my computer/internet is being INFURIATINGLY retarded right now.
I was on my girly time this week, so I only had one workout.  And according to my scale, I gained four pounds since the week before.  I weighed in at 140.  This is getting out of hand.  Something Must Be Done.
The only workout I got in was yesterday.  I ran my loop just once, 1.5 miles.  It was hot hot hot and by the time I got home I was dizzy and light headed, and it took me several hours to recover.  Stupid heat!!  I did it in 20 minutes.  With the tri only 6 days away, I am hoping this week goes much smoother for workouts.  As it is, I am TOTALLY not ready for saturday, but I think I'm going to do it anyway.  We'll see.
