Wednesday Running 45 minutes (2 3/4 miles with BIG hills)

With the big hills, I just decided to be happy with 45 minutes (and almost 3 miles). Plus, I'm still SUPER sore from that Kickboxing Bootcamp. Ouch! I can't remember the last time I was this sore from an aerobics DVD workout.

good for you! Maybe one of these days I'll try another one of those video workouts. Who knows.
