Monday 30 Day Shred DVD 25 minutes

Interval 1. I used 10 lb free weights for the strength portion instead of 5 lb free weights. It was pretty hard.

I also cleaned the house literally all day.

You are one tough mama! Do you have those barefoot running shoes, or are you actually barefoot?

I wore socks on Saturday. I was wearing the barefoot running shoes I bought, but the book "Barefoot running step by step" said to start out really barefoot, or in thin socks. I got really barefoot on trails now, but I wear socks on sidewalk because the sidewalk seems less scary that way. I think my technique is getting better because my foot pain is almost all gone. The foot pain I had way before I started running barefoot.

Running barefoot got rid of my ankle and top of foot pain within weeks, but the bottom of my feet are more stubborn! I've been refining my barefoot technique to make them stronger and I think it is helping.
