Wednesday Exercise Bike 30 minutes + 15 minutes Exercise Ball Pilates (45 minutes total)

With two standing up times (with high tension). I'm trying to add these in for strength and too boost my heart rate (like a sprint).

The exercise ball stuff was mostly just trying out different you tube videos for fun. I ordered another exercise ball DVD from the library to do later this week or next week.
