Monday JM 30 day shred workout 2 (25 minutes)

With 10 lb free weights. These short JM workouts are so energizing for me right now!

Also- running errands with three kids for 1 hour.

i read on fb that you only gained 10 lbs so far with your pregnancy! that's amazing, and i know it's because you have been doing freaking outstanding with your workouts. keep it up, you awesome woman you! :D

I think it's also because the doctor had me go on the gestational diabetes diet right away with this pregnancy since last pregnancy I got it. It's hard to gain weight with low sugar/carbs!
