Thursday & Saturday 2 1/2 - 3 miles (slow, both days)

I'm still recovering from having the wisdom tooth pulled, but I feel a little better each day. I'm not sure how slow I ran Thursday with the jogging stroller, but it felt ok. Saturday- today, a little faster, but still feeling like my shoes have weights on them as I run. I hope I feel even better by Monday to start doing strength workouts again.

be really careful with the workouts! you don't want to dislodge that clot and get dry socket! *shudder*
