Wednesday JM Workout 2 (25 minutes) + Swimming (25 minutes)

I decided to cool off with a short swim tonight since I've been insufferably hot the last few days. I also jumped off the diving board for 5 minutes afterwards for some fun.

way to go! two workouts in one day when you just got a tooth pulled. you rock. :)
and i aspire to being able to jump off the diving board. i'm not quite there yet, but boy oh boy, and i going to GET there! lol!
