Tuesday Running 30 minutes (2 miles with one BIG hill)
The BIG hill is 1/2 mile total (up and down) so I consider it to be pretty big. I'm hoping to do a ball workout later today too.
I'm trying to do at least one small workout in the morning to get my metabolism warmed up and to feel better. I've been feeling pretty crappy in the mornings due to the cold weather, so hopefully this will help ;)

Monday Pilates (on the exercise ball) 30 minutes
I did the 10 minute Pilates Solution workout. I did abs, upper body, and flexibility. I really like all the workouts on this DVD.
Monday Jillian Michaels 30 day shred workout 2 (25 minutes)
I don't know if I'm going to get anything else done today since I'm trying to get over a cold :p
