Abs- 10 minutes (standing abs, with 100 crunches mixed in)

Tuesday JM 30 day shred workout 1 with 10 lb free weights (25 minutes)

I'm hoping to swim later too, but the rain might stop me. My right shoulder is still "twinging" during 30 day shred.
