Thursday Running 1 hour (while pushing the jogging stroller)

Woot! I had to take a few days off for a wisdom tooth being pulled on Monday afternoon. I was happy that I was able to jump right back into running an hour, and with the resistance of pushing a stroller too!

I also vacuumed for about 30 minutes upstairs and on the stairs. A nasty headache today kept me from doing anything else :P

Friday JM 30 day shred workout 2 (25 minutes)

With 10 lb free weights. Plus, 3 hours yard sales with two small children and 2 hours grocery shopping (by myself!). The yard sales were totally worth it though because the kids are going to have an AWESOME Christmas this year.

5 minutes breast stroke
10 minutes of freestyle
10 minutes back stroke
5 minutes freestyle sprints and back stroke half laps
5 minutes kick board (with flippers!)

Plus, running errands with a baby and a 3 yr old.

Monday Trail Running 1 hour

I finally got my hour of running in! I think that's only the 3rd or 4th long run I have had since T was born. It felt really good running today too after T's medical troubles last week. No more sick babies!
