And, probably cleaning like a maniac later in prep for V's part-tay on saturday.

Wed JM 30 day shred level 2 + strength extras (30ish minutes)

I was in a hurry so I could not do as many "extras" with the 20 lb free weight as usual. 

Also- JM on my fancy LR rug (I got on craigslist) is WAY easier on my joints than in the kitchen as usual.
