I had to workout with the baby on the floor, so that might have slowed me down. I forgot the push ups though. I did not do much else except wrap some presents. Only a few more left to go!

Saturday Trail running (65 minutes)

IT WAS SO MUCH FUN TO RUN IN THE SNOW!!! Plus, my inner thigh mysteriously got better? My left hip, shin, and knee were acting up a little, and I should never wear fuzzy slipper socks while running ever again. It was a great run though. I was so glad I went.

Thursday 35 minutes (3 miles with BIG hills)

I ran around my mom's neighborhood while she watched the two little ones. She has one big hill in her neighborhood, which I looped around twice, and several smaller hills. I think cold running must take more energy because I was REALLY feeling the runner's hunger afterwards and I did not even run that long. Also- once again, I seem to run faster on hills. What's up with that? ;)

I did some yard chores too. I had to drink up this day before winter arrives tomorrow. SO sunny this afternoon too once the clouds broke up.

Monday JM 30DS Level 2 + Extras (35 minutes)

I did JM with 10 lb weights, and then switched to the 20 lb weight. I got 15 push ups at the very end too! Other than that, felt like crap all day :P
