Saturday Running (1 hour 5 minutes)

5 miles. I was slow because of the heat. I got sunburned too :P

Friday Strength Workout (35 minutes)

I did inverted rows alternating with push ups (10 sets of each). I added in some squats with 60 lbs on a bar to work on my glutes. I also added in some dead lifts with the same bar.

Dirt trail finally! Plus, 45 minutes or so of lawn mowing.

Wednesday Strength Workout (20 minutes)

I moved this old frame for a stand alone porch swing we had. It has a bar across the top of the frame which I used for Australian pull ups (with my feet propped up on the porch). I alternated with push ups and ab work as usual. I have also added chair dips to work the back of my arms. I did 12 sets of 5 australian pull ups and 12 sets of 10 push ups.

Plus, 2 hours of yard work.

Tuesday Biking (over 1 hour)

I'm not sure how far over an hour. Also, two hours of yard work. My knees are pretty pissed at me now ;)

Monday Running 35 minutes + strength workout 25 minutes (1 hour)

That was about it.
