Wednesday Strength Workout Part 2 (20 minutes)

8 hours later. Over side assisted pull ups, legs up (harder) push ups, squats, hack squats, chair dips, calf raises, and ab work.

Wednesday Strength Workout (20 minutes)

Did underside pull ups, push ups, dead lifts, and sumo dead lifts. Had to quit due to sinus migraine.

Tuesday Swimming (30 minutes)

Swam in the small pool, so did not count laps. 10 minutes freestyle, 10 minutes backstroke, and 10 minutes freestyle.

Tuesday Biking (55 minutes)

Nice day, kind of windy.
