Thursday Biking 45 minutes

Probably go back to the blue bike as the red and white bike is having more issues. Also- two hour MA class that left me pretty sore.

Tuesday Swimming (25 minutes)

20 laps. Tired out. 

Plus- an hour of grocery shopping today too.

Tuesday Biking (50 minutes)

Used the red and white bike which is heavier and has more resistance. The blue bike is likely kaput for sports cycling due to a brake issue and now a front wheel issue.

Monday Strength Workout (45 minutes)

Dead lifts, sumo dead lifts (140lb bar), squats, calf raises, and hip thrusts (60 lb bar). 2 diff pull ups, 2 diff push ups, chair dips, and ab work. 

Plus- an hour or so of shopping.
