Five 5 minute running intervals mixed with lots of walking (25 minutes running total).

Friday Lifting/Bodyweight Training (1 hour)
Remembered abs. Did a little yoga at the end. Still sore form last night, but I powered through.

Thursday Trail Running/Walking (40 minutes)
Four running intervals of about 5 minutes each. Walking in between. Nice soft leafy trail.

Wednesday Swimming HIIT workout (20 minutes)
5 sprint laps freestyle, 5 slow laps back stroke. Breast stroke warm up. Didn't do much of a cool down this time.
