Friday Swimming HIIT Workout (25 minutes)

 Six HIIT lap sprints freestyle with 6 backstroke laps. Warm up and cool down with breast stroke

Friday Lifting/Bodyweight Training (2 hours)

Did all the stuff

Had to skip biking or running yesterday because of rain and 35 degrees.
