Friday Swimming HIITWorkout (40 minutes)

 8 HIIT laps with kids swimming in the lap lane with me. 8 "down time" laps of various kinds

Friday Lifting/Bodyweight Training (90 minutes)

 Skipped abs and yoga due to time constraints

 Did all the stuff with underbar pull ups and regular push ups for that circuit this time

 20-25 minutes for the HIIT workout (5 HIIT laps) and 30ish or so more minutes just swimming with  kids working with them.
