Monday Gi BJJ (2 hours)

 1 hour drilling arm over, get tricep grip, turn hips, lock hands, then pull the arm over and get armbar on the other arm- or get one collar choke or omoplata, or triangle choke

1 hour rolling


Monday Lifting/Bodyweight Training (2 hours)

 Skipped push ups/pull ups

Saturday CC Trail Running (45 minutes)

 Still too wet for dirt trails, but did about 5-6 big hills in the process as well on the CC trail by taking 2 different ways

Thursday CC Running (30 minutes)

 Non stop rain making running harder and wetter (obviously)

Also- 1 hour of gardening


Wednesday Lifting/Bodyweight Training (2 1/2 hours)

 Skipped pull ups/push ups

Did 30 minutes of yoga with a group later on that night

 Worked with Jeff drilling for an hour on switching between darce choke and anaconda choke
