Monday JM Level 1 + Extras (35 minutes)

With 10 lb free weights.

Plus, an hour walking with the little kids in the double stroller. It makes my back feel so much better when I get to walk now! I will weigh myself on Saturday to see if any progress has been made on that front.

Wednesday JM 30 DS Level 2 + extras (35 minutes)

I did JM with the 10 lb weights and the extras with the 20 lb weights. It's been awhile, but it felt great.

For next time- work in more push ups.

ETA- Also walked while pushing the little kids in the double stroller for 45 minutes.

I woke up early too. I had to take yesterday off because of upper body pain. I'm guessing JM and swimming on Friday was the culprit.

I've actually lost a little weight too the last 3-4 weeks! Five pounds total so far. I hope it can keep coming off.
